During the time that we have your home listed on the market, if at any time during the entire process, you don’t feel like we’re doing the absolute best job in getting your home marketed for you, you can immediately end our listing agreement and we’ll go our separate ways.
All we ask is that if the rare chance occurs that you’re not satisfied with our performance, give us 24 hours to correct it. If we don’t, we’ll give you back the listing.
It’s that simple because if you’re not happy, we must not be doing our job and unlike most real estate companies who list your home and then let it sit there for months and months with no results, that’s not what we do. We get our homes rented or sold.
